Lincoln Magnum® PRO 500 Water Cooled Welding Guns

 

The Magnum PRO Barrel 500 Water-Cooled guns are built to tackle high heat applications while maintaining operator comfort. The new top trigger, barrel style handle design provides operators versatility in how they use the gun. These guns also come standard with our extended length gun tubes which provide an extra 3 in (76.2 mm) to the front of the gun.

• 100% Duty Cycle – The 500A guns run at 100% duty cycle using 90 10 mixed gas, making them ideal for high heat applications
• HyperFill Support – Designed to support .035 -.040 HyperFill applications by coming standard with a 5 64 Cable Liner
• Top Trigger Handle Design – This new design gives operators versatility in how they use the gun
• Over-Molded Handle Design – The soft rubber over molding enhances comfort and allows for an easier grip of the gun
• Premium Tip Performance – The large diameter and mass of the Magnum PRO Copper Plus® contact tips help disperse heat and keep the tips cooler, expanding their life
