Broco Prime Cut Exothermic Cutting System
The Broco® PrimeCut exothermic cutting system is a portable and powerful cutting tool. This versatile kit is perfect for repairing heavy equipment at the shop and for use on maintenance trucks when and where ever needed. It is the ideal tool for piercing seized pins, as well as any type of exotic metal dismantling, from aluminum to stainless to cast iron and manganese.
- No preheating required
- The System is easily ignited with a 6, 12 or 24 volts battery
- Electrodes can be bent to reach otherwise inaccessible areas
- For maximum protection, the flash arrester is specially designed to eliminate flashbacks
- Ultrathermic rods are available in 4 diameters (3 16 , 1 4 , 3 8 , 1 2 ) and 4 length sizes (18 , 36 , 48 , 60 )
- Does not require any fuel gases – uses compressed oxygen only
