• 3M™ Fibre Discs 787C represent a new class of high-performance right-angle abrasives — powered by the speed and long life of 3M precision-shaped grain. They are an ideal choice for applications like weld removal, bevelling, edge chamfering and more — offering a faster cut and longer life than alumina zirconia (AZ) and conventional ceramic abrasives. 3M™ Fibre Disc  3M™ Fibre Disc 787C is optimized for stainless steel and non-ferrous metals like aluminum.

  Why do 3M Fibre Discs come in a resealable bag?

  The reason is that all fibre discs absorb humidity and release when it is dryer. This cycling causes fibre discs to curl over time if not used.  As such 3M takes extra care in packing to help ensure operators have nice flat discs to use, whenever needed even if discs have been in inventory for a while.
