Victor 0781-3880 Medium Duty Single Stage Flowmeter Regulator (Model HSR 1470-680) has a stem type seat mechanism with a pre set pressure of 25 PSIG. Fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm and forged brass body with housing cap.  Designed for for MIG TIG applications, it has bronze sintered inlet filter with external self-reseating relief valve and offers accurate gas flow.
