Neptune TIG Alloy welding wire is designed to produce superior results with minimal aluminum welding skill or for use in challenging repair welds.

Neptune TIG Alloy is a multi alloy material suitable for all weldable aluminums whether sheet, tube, or cast. Neptune is recommended even when the base metal is contaminated. Extrusions, pipe and plate, truck bodies, molds, frames, sub frame members, castings and fixtures are common applications.

Neptune has excellent strength (34,000 PSI tensile), toughness and crack resistance. It is incredibly smooth running and because of its elevated deoxidizer content, pinholes are greatly reduced on hard to clean aluminum.
