Furick FreddiCello Weld Trailing System
Â
Furick designed and built, fully customizable weld trailing system
Mounts on any cup from Fupa12 up to SSBBW
RECOMMENDED FOR BBWSG-19 and SSBBW
The system features bendable and adaptable lens pods to suit many different welding situations and tube diameters. The swivel design allows for easy aiming of the lens pods. The lens pods are removable so only one can be used if required.Â
Recommendations:
- Use a separate argon flowmeter for the trailing system only
-
- 20-40 CFH flowrate
-
- Angle the system down to your work piece. The system does not direct a straight flow as a cup would. System should be about flush with the cup at the torch side, and angled down to the workpiece at the opposite side
-
-
DO NOT lay silicon body on hot material
-
-
DO NOT CUT OR CHANGE LENTHS OF TUBES OR HOSESÂ Remember: gas will flow faster in path of least resistance so a shorter path will get more gas .
-
- Try to allow the system to not be pulled or in tension as you use it , Everything is calibrated to use as it sits in Free form .
-
- It is not recommended to remove the diffuser screens as they are arranged for optimal results. If screens are to be removed, label each screen for correct reinstallation.
-
- Note: YOU WILL GET A RANDOM COLOUR!
